I have had to leave my goods and money at the store becuase staff made a mistake when ringing up my staff. I paid R1700 for a PSP and other goods which I had to leave at the store. Surely a paying customer who had paid for all her goods should not be inconvinienced because of the incompetence of the staff in the store. Now the plans I had for my son's birthday and his gift have been ruined.
