Sunday 21/04 went into Game store n bought cornflakes dispenser and with attitude when i get to the machine i was told cash office doesn't take R200 notes for heaven sake i got that money from the ATM where was i suppose to use it and why are they still manufacturing it if shops can't take it and it took another 5minutes for me to get my change back as she drag her feet around the shop as if i'm her friend' Sat 27/04 went in the shop again had to buy lots of the things and couldnt carry them all at once went to customer service sand ask were can i put my stuff so i can go back fetch the once i left upstairs and with a smile Motlatso showed me a corner next to were she was sitting and as i put down the bin that want to pay for was asked rudely by Alina why was i putting those things there and afterall its blockin her way, told her I was going to push it to the inside the she gave me that look that says who do you think you are, when i came back to pay i asked her why her name tag was facing backward and she rudely say if it turns by itself what must she do and she doesn't seem to have a proper customer service training. Iwant to know from Game is that how u treat ur customer disgusted
