I had a booklet filled with 70 stickers that i went to hand in at my Spar 2 days before the Promotion ended. They didn`t have stock of the particular knife i wanted and said i needed to put my name in a book and they would get one and call me with in a week. Guess what i`m still waiting :-( from March till now!
So i have been back numerous times asking for it and have spoken to many different staff and people who tell me "You should of put your order in before the competition closed" Well if you consulted your book you will see i did. So eventually Yesterday after all the commotion of the same story being told to me by the Manageress, I calmy held my tongue and explained once Again my story. She then said she has a knife for me and i could collect it this morning.
Off i go to Spar nicely rejuvenated fter my birthday leave to go and fetch my knife from the cashiers as discussed with management over the phone, Only to Get the same story AGAIN!
Well you can imagine my sense of humour failure. I have spoken to about 7 different people in that Spar and no one can communicate with eachother. So here i sit still waiting for my knife!
