I have been waiting for a replacement mattress for my bed for the last 10 months in vein. This weekend my 8 month old KIC frodge just broke down and still nothing regarding the KIC technicians that were called, leaving me to throw out my groceries.
Its been a nightmare with this shop since I furnoshed my house with them.
