I recently purchased a American Audio VMS4.1 controller from DJ Mix Club, after spending a considerable amount of time and extra cash upgrading my Traktor Software the mapping for the controller still did not work. I swopped it out for the Numark Mixtrack Pro2, being a price difference I was advised to pass on my banking details to Reggy Kerwin (owner) so that he can do an EFT for the refund.
Reggy is unprofessional and unresponsive and now I am left chasing him for my money.
