I went to Clearwater Mall today in my lunch hour to buy some of the items Pick 'n Pay advertised in their month-end promotions. I had a list of things that I needed and went looking. Firstly I find their store layout not very customer friendly. I battled to find anything!
I eventually made my way to baking goods, found a merchandiser there and asked about the Snowflake Easy Mixes on promotion... But was told there is no stock of the chocolate one while she tried dusting off damaged ones from a crate. I was very dissapointed, but went on to look for the next thing on my list.
Got to the dishwashing isle, only to find that they also don't have stock of the promotion pack of Finish 84's for R112. Then went on to the cat food and surprize surprize, also no stock of the P'nP Cat Tuna 2 for R18 promotion! I found a few other items on my list and made my way to the tills.
In these bad financial times all of us need to save where we can. I could have become a loyal shopper to them, but if not finding anything wasn't bad enough, the cashier then forgot to give me discount on the pack of Purina cat food I bought. I will certainly not return to their shop in a hurry!!!
