I would just like to compliment Rinda from Tekkie Town from Paddocks shopping Centre in Milnerton for her absolute professionalism and great service. I walked into the store looking for a specific type of shoe that I couldn't find anywhere, and I have been searching everywhere for months. Unfortunately, as I expected, I couldn't find it there either and was about to give up my search.
However, Rinda assisted me and I fitted on something that was close to what I wanted, and she then offered to source me the shoe I'm looking for and get back to me if she finds it. When I gave her my contact details, I never expected a call back. Yet, as promised, the very next day she informed me that she found two variants of the shoe I was looking for, and could show me pictures of what they looked like. I was astounded to get a call back after my request, and even more surprised that she actually went through the trouble of locating the pair for me. After ordering my shoes, she followed up with me to remind me of the package that I had forgotten about, and I bought them yesterday with great satisfaction.
Rinda, thank you for proving that real customer service still exists! Excellent job!
