Today 15/03/2013 07h05, I stopped at my local KFC for my treat - the star item on KFC's breakfast menu - a KFC CAPPUCCINO!
But once again, I had to hear: "Sorry ma'm, we're out of milk"!
How can you advertise this star on your menu when you are CONSTANTLY out of milk?
On various previous occasions when they were also out of milk, I've spoken to the manager (he's hardly ever there at 07h00), the supervisor, I've left 2 messages via the "contact us" on the [URL Removed] - but still - NO MILK!!!
Please could someone help this KFC branch to order enough milk for all the cappuccino's they are selling!
What made me report this today, is the fact that the counter assistant Anna just buffed me off with the usual "there's no milk" line. I got into my car and was ready to go when the DELIVERY PERSON (sorry, I did not get his name) busy delivering containers of chicken, called me back and pointed out that he is delivering milk "just now". I'm sure Anna could have asked me to wait 10 minutes as the milk is being delivered rather than just "there is no milk"?
Please will someone help this branch!
