How do you get an incompetent company to stop calling you trying to pawn off this substandard specials?? Homechoice choose to abuse me daily trying to sell me deals that I can get at the local store for better pricing, and if I have an issue with the product, a much simpler returns policy. Yet, they choose to phone me daily after I have repeatedly told them (today was Brandon's turn) to please remove me from their data base as I am not interested. They choose to ignore this and continue to bagger me with deals. I am in the process of drawing up an in voice fro my time at my consultant rates to send to them since they choose to waste my time. Every consultant tells me "sorry sir I will remove you and I apologise", . I guess one has to be incompetent to work there as nothing they promise gets done. Now wonder there are so many complaints about them on this site. Shame on you Homechoice. Just based on your call centre attitude, I will NEVER EVER support you.
