No stock with unhelpful attitude

It has now been going for two months that I have not been able to get a gas refill (E-290 UN1013) for my soda stream from Hazel park branch. I frequent the branch at least 2 to 3 times a week and every time i have been there they do not have stock. On previous occasions it would take a week or two before I am able to get a refill. Causing me to go to another branch. The last time it took me to show them behind the counter where the box is held and what bottle i need. Each time a staff member is aware that there is no stock or a supervisor as they normally ask one of the supervisors to get a bottle. this time round I asked for the manager who showed no interest at all as to solving the problem, he wants to question me as to why I have never brought it to his attention. Are the staff so useless that they can not inform the responsible people of when they run out of stock.
I still do not know when they getting gas refills. It is giving the Pick n Pay name a bad reputation and it is giving Soda stream a bad name because of Pick n Pay being so careless with keeping stock up to date. It is pathetic - it makes for pathetic customer service.
