Disgusted with the service received

I dont know where to start as the entire ordeal has been so frustrating taking my personal time to resolve a matter that could have been avoided, if I just received proper treatment. I bought a couch cash and upon delivery 29/06/2013 the incorrect couch was delivered i advised the guys that this was not what I ordered, they said that my couch was delivered to another woman, they said they will go back to her house to collect and deliver the same to me. I doubt that I have to emphasize the joy you have when you buy something knowing that it is new, but yet they thought it would be fine to deliver a 2nd hand couch to me. The manager failed to call me yet another sales agent thought it is proper fashion to tell me that it was a mistake and that they did not do the same intentionally or maliciously. Yet they took my money with great pleasure and now when I said i do not want the couch i had to fight to get the refund. Right now I am still awaiting the refund for scotchgaurding and the delivery. It is a disgrace that I have to follow up on my own money everyday. I WILL NEVER REFER BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP AT CORI CRAFT CLEARWATER - UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
