I handed in a Sansui 42" TV on Monday 8 July. This TV is still under guarantee and had a problem.
On Friday 19 July I was informed by Henry and Innocent that the TV is not repairable and that it will be replaced, but that a certain Henry from Head-office must confirm the payment as the money will be in line with an amount to replace the TV with a similar one.
I do not have a problem with this, but I have been waiting for 4 days now for this confirmation from Henry, which just does not happen. The people in the store said that i am not the only person waiting for this confirmation from Henry.
Surely a big company like HIFI corporation do not revolve around only 1 person? I am sure somebody else must be able to supply confirmation as well?
I do want to say that Innocent and Ricardo gave me very good service and I will give them an official compliment for this, but we are all waiting in suspense for Henry to read his mail...
In the meantime I will carry on bugging Innocent and Ricardo the same way my kids are bugging me...
