I had an incident in the Fourways branch yesterday where the teller refused to take my 5c coins and incorrectly billed me for a special. I called the Customer Service number and was assisted by a very pleasant and helpful gent - Devan. He assured me he would take it up with branch management. Much to my surprise I received a call from the teller this morning, personally apologising for the misunderstanding. I really apprecaite the fact that this was addressed. Well done Fourways Team - I will certainly be back at your store. Please pass on my apprecaition to the team and Christopher - it could not have been easy to do this.
