Taking Long to Refund and Close my Account

My Account with Morkels is finally Settled but there is credit balance. I have been trying for a couple of weeks to have my account closed and refund accorded to me. Alas, It is to no avail. They keep saying the payment is made but my account is not yet update.

How long does it take to update an account? Why is it taking long?
