NO STOCK, SO WHAT?

Last week Sunday I visited your Loch Logan store in Bloemfontein, to be greeted by the sales staff playing with the latest gadgets available to them.

I checked your shelves to find no AVG Premium Security 2013, I then had to interrupt Mpho who was having a conversation with his colleagues to ask him on the matter. He then gives me some rubbish story of because it's only the beginning of the year the supplier doesn't send them all the new products... When I asked why it was advertised, he had no clue it was. He wrote out a rain check. I subsequently visited a rival store to find them fully stocked on Phoenix Software products!

I had also inquired about the Intellipen PRO, which was also out of stock (and advertised). Yesterday I went into the store to find out if it had arrived, to be told by a blaz? Mpho, that I should just wait until the manager calls.

For being in technology your people seem to be really ignorant to the fact that as soon as it is released, technology is outdated... and you expect us to wait a few weeks, maybe months for it to arrive.

It must be noted that this is not the first incident at this branch.
