Problems with broken Printer and time element

I am a customer from Takealot from 2008 and bought over R25000 worth from them. Bought a Canon Printer few days ago. Printer did not want to work because of error code 600. I Phone them. Always good telephone service. They gave me a nr to phone their repairers. They said on-board problems, . I made a few calls again to TAKEALOT because the ink cartridge got stuck and did not want to sent back still in printer. The people on telephone was not sure what to do. Bottom line, a new printer was resend to me yesterday, but no ink cartridges in the box as suppose to be with new printers. Phone them yesterday. They will come back to me. No-one came back. This morning I received the ink cartridges, but second hand ones, with not cover over the openings where the ink comes out. Not sealed. Ink leaked out in the package. It felt as if I was buying from a second hand shop. Now it is Friday and I have urgent print jobs for my business. I always got good service from these people except now. After all the phone calls i made, even to their repairers myself, I expected better. The problem is the time element and hopefully to resolve this in a way. Thanks for this oppertunity.
