On the 20th January 2013, I went into Clicks Glengariff Road and saw that the Body Shop products were on sale. I called a sales assistant to help me as the sign was unclear as to what was on sale. He told me that everything on the front shelves was less 50% except the gift sets. the following day, 21 January 2013, i went in to purchase a couple of those products on the front shelves. At the till, the story was very different. The teller scanned some of the products and there was only a small discount nothing near 50%. I called the manager and to my surprise was told it's not their fault that i was misinformed. The manager did not even have the decency to apologise neither rectify the problem. I am merely a customer fighting for my rights not looking for bargains! I am very disappointed and surprised at the attitude and 'service' at clicks where i am a frequent shopper. Can't wait for Dis Chem to open in Sea Point, this will give them a run for their money!!!
