We recently purchased 3 lounge suites for R 52 0000 cash. on delivery the one was damaged with threads falling out and inner upholstery showing. i called and the manager advised they will place it as soon as stock is available. 1 month passed no reply. I called backed and she advised she would deliver on 17th June 2013. No delivery BUT told it was delivered. I called again & she admitted her mistake and ensured some1 will contact me . another lady called from House and home Westgate saying we will take the set and fix it up but you have to be without a lounge set for 21 days. This upset me as a cash customer they should have replaced immediately and not inconvenience me or my family. I have asked for a new set as that's what I bought. The fact that they cant replace in required time bothers me!! I at this point just want all my money refunded and buy from a company with a service level worth mentioning!!!
