Acc to Woolworths, my mom's ID no does not appear on their system and they cannot help her with an acc no so she cannot get a replacement card or pay on the account as her card is lost! BUT obviously they have an acc no linked to her cell as they send sms to remind her of non-payment but how can she pay when they do not have her ID on the system - SO she may as well just stop paying and say she is not a customer and 4get about the balance as its not her fault there is a problem with the linking. We have been twice to sort this out and today the one lady was totally unterested and left a wonderful Cashier to try and help out which was not her job to do in the 1st place while the 1st lady just walked away and went to chat at the door, saying she's waiting for a line to call out..that after waiting for about 20 min then us quering whats going on. Head office now told the Cashier that my mom's ID does not appear and we need to come in with the cell when she gets a message and take it from there. GOODNESS me, she's not well and she must do all this on her side but its not her fault. Woolworths must come to the 'party' ..AND I feel they may as well write off this acc!! -Not her prob!
