My fiance had to go to this store 4 times due to damaged bicycles and her service was shocking and even worse knowing she was the manageress. I am disgusted by their service and will never ever purchase anything at that store again due to the poor bad service and the attitude. My fiance had to pay in for another bike without recieving any discount and then after purchasing it and wanting to take it for a cycle the back wheel fell off even though we were told it was already fully assembled and ready to ride. So this could of caused serious injury had she een riding on the mountain.
