I had the most efficient and excellent customer service from one of your call centre staff. I purchased and item from Zando and received the package yesterday. I discovered that the size I took was too big, then I mailed the service team at Zando to find out he procedure with regards to exchanges. Thanks to the call centre agent for their speedy service and response. I will be receiving my new package soon.
