The service at edgars is appalling, but then they wanna call it customer services department. I got to customer services yesterday and they didnt even pay attention to me. The one lady just sat there chewing (heaven knows what). She looks at me and carries on chewing until the phone rang.
I stood as if i was in the wrong train, until the other lady who was chatting to another staff member (while i was waiting) then decided to ask what assistance i needed after 15mins of just standing there.
Super disappointed with the service at that place
