I popped in to Tiger wheel and Tyre this afternoon to have a puncher repaired. I had not even got out my car and I had a sales person next to me asking how he could assist. Told him my predicament, and off he went with the punctured tire. I noticed I forgot to retract the spare tire holding mechanism and saw it was badly damaged because of me dragging it behind me for more than 80km. While still trying to figure out what to do, one of the workers got on his back and started fixing the plate that was damaged, no questions asked. Pulled my bakkie on the lift and did a quick tire rotation while they were at it, and all of this done with a smile.
Now that is service delivery for you. You should be proud of this franchise and strive to get all your other franchises in line with this on, no actually the rest of "retail South Africa" should!!!
You can be assured that I will definitely be doing business with the Alberton branch again.
