Went in to purchase goods as I got I received an sms about being a"premium client" and the attitude of staff in the finance area was disgusting to say the least, I bit my tongue and actually signed contract only to be called 2 days later and told they had made an error. On going back to to resign documents, having to face the bad mannered arrogant staff, suddenly the interest rate jumped from 8% to 28% in 2 days? Manager not available on Monday, contacted Regional Manager, promised a return phone call by 10am but once again no service and I called him back at 5pm. Was told there was a "glitch in system" I must sign the contract at 28% and they will change it manually? Very disappointed as I have no follow up from them since this transpired! So I take it I am not such a good client of Furniture City.
