I have tried to pay my account the other day in PTA-North branch, lady at counter said my account was handed over to attorneys, give her my new tel nr and ask her to keep on contacting head office on hot line, give them my new cell nr and have them to call me, "Yes sir, will make sure they do it sir" big fat lie, I was not contacted, kept on paying my account EFT, tried to get in touch with TFG over the phone and to log my query on TFG website, constantly get an error and the phone rings forever, guess the service is the same as the rest of South-Africa, if you don't mind to help me, inbox me so that I can give you my contact info and then please have someone from your account department to contact me and help me please, if not then I will stop payments and you can write whatever balance is left off as a bad debt, it is your loss, I don't have a problem to live cash!!! I have decided to use Facebook as my last attempt to resolve this issue, I am sure negative publicity will not be appreciated on your Facebook Page, please do something about this, from a Very off and disappointed client. needless to say, nothing was done and post was deleted from facebook
