I usually do my groceries on Pick 'n Pay online and during the first week of June (4 June 2013 between 12:00-13:00 pm) among my groceries, was a tub of mayonnaise that had expired in December 2012.. When contacted, Pick 'n Pay management apologised and promised to replace the mayonnaise and give a refund for the inconvenience. A delivery man came to fetch the expired mayonnaise, however it was never replaced with another nor refunded. I am very unhappy as I paid for it and disapointed as I expected quality and fresh food from PNP. It has been weeks since the incident and PNP has not made any further contact.
