After recently purchasing a 12 pack of beer and there being an empty sealed bottle in the middle of the pack, I contacted SAB. From the very first person that contacted me back at their head office (customer services division) to the complaint escalating to the Cape Town branch, I received excellent feedback. Mr Lackay contacted me to advise me to collect a replacement package from their Bellville depot. My husband and 8 year old daughter went to collect in the rain yesterday. My daughter was not allowed to enter the SAB premises as she is underage so she remained with the security, a lady security guard was placed with her and entertained her until my husband returned. On leaving it started raining hard and my husband and daugther were escorted under an umbrella but another friendly employee of SAB to their vehicle.
