PSP memstick not as advertised on unit

PSP E1000 (Street) with bundle
Was bought at the Bluff store as a Birthday present the supplied memstick is clearly marked as a 4 gig
unfortunately same is only a 2 gig with the same result formatted on computer or the PSP it shows 2 gig
This is a clear mistake with identity marking.
I wish to be supplied with what is marked 4 gig memstick card
