Yesterday my wife and I visited the Truworths elements store in Cresta wanting to get make-up for my wife. There were 2 ppl in the store, 1 was doing a test on another lady with 1 walking around. I then called the assistant who was walking around to assist. She then said to my wife she must find out what sort of skin she has and what sort of finish she would like in order for her to assist us. Firstly my wife is a credit controller not a dermatologist to find out about skin type, neither is she a make up artist to find out the finish she desires, I thought the consultant would be able to advise or show her the finish and then my wife can decide which she prefers and she mentioned that we must come back after 20 minutes when someone else returns from their lunch becasue she cannot help as she was the only 1 free, however it was not even 5 minutes earlier that she was all chirpy and all smiles with a white client. I have been a long standing client with Truworths and have spent a considerable amount of money and this is not service i will tolerate nor the disrespect shown. I am unsure of this persons name, she just has a very hoarse voice
