Damaged clothes

I have recently used Omo liquid wash and most of our clothes have shrunk badly. All of the items have been washed in the same manor for years with no problems. My son had to go to school in 2 degrees with no jersey. Yes I do know how to hand wash, cold wash, wool etc.

I am beyond using words to describe how upset we are.
