I've never been so furious in my life. I purchase almost R800 worth of clothing at Edgards in Potch during May. I'm a mom working full day so I don't have much spare to get around shopping. Today I was on leave a thought I will return the one skirt bought as it does not fit. After standing in a que for almost 3/4 of an hour as there are only 2 cashiers operating I get to the cashier desk and say I want to return my parcel. Gave him all the slips and everything and he says, sorry it's 31 days and we don't do returns after 30 days. My goodness what is one day. Now I am sitting with clothing of R170 that I can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with because I did not have the time to exchange it withing the 30 days. What about the Consumer Protection Act.
Edgards and the EDCON group has terrible service, and I have decided that if this is their attitude I will boikot them. You will never ever get 1c of my hard earned money.
Moms working full day are being discriminated against. Just because you are not able to make exceptions due to circumstances.
