This Sunday 28/07/2013, I arrived at Cape Town international airport and went to Subway. Upon arriving at 9:30 am, they were still setting up shop and they couldn't serve me as the FIRST batch of bread was still baking.
I asked why they weren't ready and the excuse was that the person responsible for opening the shop was LATE!
They open at 6AM! But at 9:30AM they were not ready to serve customers.
It is embarrassing to Subway that they employ people who would be THAT late that they have not served one customer for 3 1/2 hours after they have "opened".
Horrendous!
