This is the second report I am logging about the same incident to date STILL UNRESOLVED!

Please retrieve all corresponce (incl my email) m logs, entries by your call centre agents etc BEFORE responding with non-informative INCORRECT responses!
I am shocked that the service from EDGARS is this bad! What I am reading from this excperience is that Edgars overcharges its customers and the customers have absolutely NO voice whatsoever!
