In this pack of "Nuts and Raisins" muesli, I had it twice before that there was a very bad taste. I figured it might be a bad nut. This morning, as I am busy eating my muesli, I taste something hard and take it out of my mouth. I expected it to be the stalk that one sometimes sees with raisins. It turns out to be a piece of metal about the size of a staple. I compared it with a staple in my office. It could either turn out to be a staple or a piece of wire from a machine. I keep on wondering now what was the other two bad tasting incidents that involved the same packet? I called the Consumer Care line when I got to the office, and Priben called me back. He handled my complaint very well and promised to collect the sample and to do an investigation & get back to me after 3 weeks. I was impressed with the way he handled my query. I told Priben that they could consider responding to [URL Removed] complaints, as it makes me feel that they really care. Priben made me feel that they really to care, but I feel that they should consider responding to HP queries as well, as that I believe could put them in a better light as this is an opportunity for them to show how well they respond.
