Is it really that hard to get a simple voucher to someone?

I called that 0860121414 customer care line, apparently my case has been listed as closed?
If its closed let me know so that i can stop pestering you.
And every sip of Castle Lite i take from this day onwards will bring back the memory of this experience.

If as you say, the post office is the problem, then why cant you find some other way of delivery?

Theres email, fax, sms and so on and so on...

Or you could just tell me that im not going to get it, atleast that would take the missery of waiting off my back.
