I would just like to send a huge thank you to the staff at Sportsman's warehouse. I had to change the battery in my polar FT60, and after being let down by 3 other stores, I was eventually directed to Sportsman's warehouse.
When initially unable to find the exact battery, the sales clerks quickly phoned other possible suppliers in the area for my benefit, whilst another guy was still searching for the battery amongst the stock. The battery was soon found within the store, and not only was I taught how to change the battery myself by a very helpful Indian gentleman, but many other useful bits of information regarding the watch were relayed to me by a very helpful lady behind the till.
After two years of having my watch, the staff at Sportsman's taught me invaluable tricks and tips regarding my watch which I had no idea existed.
The staff took the time, had the patience and had great understanding for the fact that I had a training session that evening. They truly went the extra mile, all the whilst engaging me in friendly banter throughout.
Once again, thank you kindly for the great service, giving my issue great priority and providing me with knowledgeable advice!
