Wow, even as i write this i am still amazed at the fantastic after sales service i received from The Sweat Shop at Fourways Crossing. I bought a pair of Trail Running shoes 2, 5 months back. After finishing some training last Sunday i noticed that the the bungy lace loops were fraying on both shoe uppers. To date i had barely run 150km in these shoes. I was deeply concerned and upset about this as i am aware that a pair of shoes should give a person between 800km - 1000km of use. I went to The Sweat Shop and raised the issue with them. Expecting a fight and an argument from The Sweat Shop, i received quite the opposite response... I dealt with Victor Malatsi who was very understanding and supportive to my situation. He offered me a replacement pair of shoes of another brand (as i had requested) without hesitation. In addition Victor offered me fantastic advice (i pronate my feet when i run) on my replacement shoe options. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. My complaint was dealt with promptly and beyond my expectations. This is what after sales service is all about. You now have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Well done Victor and The Sweat Shop!
