I bought a bed which turned out to be out to be damage, i sent a fax and she attended it to this day she always follow up to tell me the state of my query to this day she's been soooo amazing, she's the best when it comes to customer service, this lady knows no race Bears is lucky to have someone like her, i cant begin to explain how amazing she is.
