On the 22/05/2013 i called the call centre to complain about a 500g of hot chocolate i bought that was rock hard upon opening. after not having the best before dates with me i requested Puni to call me the following day for the details. to which she rudly replied cant you email them. i said no and she said ok she will call me the NEXT DAY. sometime after 10 or 11 as they are very busy in the morning.
Needless to say i am still awaiting their call.
Frustrated as store will not replace as the product has been opened.
DISGUSTING "Service"!!!
I expect a call tomorrow before 10 AM!
