I called Kraft Foods about a month ago as I had bought a chocolate but, when I opened it, it was white and powdery.
Unfortunately, I did not take a note of the call center operators name that I talked to but she was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I gave her the details of my issue, where I had bought the chocolate, the bar code number and she told me they would send me a refund.
To be honest, I had forgotten all about it and did not expect to hear back from them so you can imagine my surprise when I opened my postal box and found a letter containing a detailed explanation of why the issue had happened and enough vouchers to replace my chocolate 3 times over!
Thank you so much for this prompt, efficient service and nice surprise! I am only sorry I did not take note of the call centre operator? s name so I could mention you personally!
