For a company who prioritises customer service as an objective i would ask that it be reviewed in your sportscene Mitchell's west branch with urgency.
on many occasions when i am in there i feel disgusted by the way your staff projects the image of utter carelessness toward their clientelle. this sort of attitude speaks volumes as to why the stores always empty and without business, as I'm sure that i am not the first person to be made felt this way.
I'd much rather go to Edgars where customer service is non existant than deal with the untoward attitude of the under paid egotistical sales people who feels that given the location of the store, they are able to get away with it.
i can't imagine this happening in your flagship stores... shame on you.
