? collected a lay-bye at the above store, a lady, i didn't get her name, she packed the clothes without checking any slips or sku's, so i took my parcel and left, @ the door i was summoned like a and ordered to bring the lay-bye back because its not mine, she then has the audacity to blame me and say i should have checked, am i expected to memorise all items that i lay-byed 3 months ago?..is she not supposed to check the items before i leave the store?..no apology whatsoever, instead she feels as if i should have known its not mine, she even says if the items were for boys would i have taken them... stinking attitude
