I stay in Lenasia, and the nearest Pick n Pay is at trade route mall, however they do not make the freshly squeezed orange juice. So I went to the Woodmead store for this item.
I found that they were squeezing the fresh juice and had quite abit. When i wanted to buy some, I was told that they do not have any lids. I asked for the manager, and they pointed out the manager to me, who was Valerie. I approached her, and she stated that they have no bar codes (a completely different story from the first lady). I mentioned that i will report this matter to headoffice, to which she rudely replied I can go ahead as everyone at headoffice knows her!!
Is this the way that Managers are trained to deal with customers? Surely this behaviour does not stand true to your slogan "Inspires You" as this woman does not inspire at all. Valerie is infact brining your slogan down
