I have submit my notebook for a cracked screen repair and paid a deposit of R450 for a quotation and repair. I have phone the company several times but have no joy! I even phone the manager by the Name of Christo but still i have problems to get my notebook repaired. I have even lodge a complaint to the customer service center on the 8th of May and my Reference number: 701078 and still I have no joy or feed back from the company. Still up to date I haven't had any feed back or response from the company. This is the worst experience I have every had and really the worst customer service to the public i have ever seen. I am really disapionted in Incredible Connection! So much for service
