I purchased a phone from Edgars Belliville and returned on the seventh day because it was faulty, i was given proof and i was told i would get a new phone. They called me to come and pick up the phone but i did not longer want a Blackberry phone and told them i would like a Nokia and they refused.
I have proof stating that i returned the phone but my account has not been cleared on for a reason i do not understand i have been handed to VVM lawyers for payment of an item i don not have.
How is this possible after i have explained to the Customer Service department what happened, how can they try an make me a bad debt because of the poor service.
What do you do in a situation like this?
