I have purchased a cellphone from Foshini's using my account.
during a smash and grab, the cellphone was, this was in March 2013.
I have met with all the running around that Foshini's requested me to do, with case numbers and ITC numbers etc.
they have all the information that they requested. I have been to Foshini's everyday since last week and I still don't have my new phone.
they keep telling me they will call me and I still haven't received a call from them.
I pay my accounts on time and I am a good customer.
if this is what is meant by taking out insurance with the retailors, its useless..
I am very disappointed in the service from this company!!!
