A few weeks ago, I bought a very expensive duvet set from your branch in Centurion mall. I wanted 100% cotton, so I bought the black 100% cotton. But what a disaster. It is so static, that you can hear it crackle at nigh. I have washed it, used softener to no avail. It attracts fluff and dust and is then again difficult to clean. Is this what I paid hundreds of rands for?
