After saving a lot of money, I bought my Galaxy 2 Android tablet in December 2012, just before Xmas. I specifically need it for skyping my children who relocated to Taiwan. The salesperson assured me that this device was very good and it could skype very well. After my children left I had difficulty with skyping them. I can clearly see and hear them but they cannot hear me, although they can see me. I took it back to the store and collected it after couple of weeks. Was told that the software was upgraded. I still had the same problem and took it back again. This time it was sent to the JHB. After 3 weeks I was told that nothing was found wrong. My problem is that nothing still can't communicate to my children. I can skype locally without a problem, but not internationally. When I use a laptop or my home pc, I have no problem skyping them. All I want is to use this expensive device when I need to speak to my kids. I wanted to swap it for an ipad hoping for a better connection or my money back, but was told that nothing was found wrong. I feel cheated.
