Not installing the correct Granite

Carlo at Crestwood Kitchens is a great Salesman and a charming person, but he lacks that all important 'bedside manner' for want of a better name in assisting when you need him most. Especially on the day they installed our kitchen Granite. Carlo was not taking my calls either on his mobile or at his office. I mentioned to him on numerous occasions the color on the contract to be signed was incorrect. But still the wrong color was installed! Apparently it takes 10 days to cut and prepare the granite, so not wanting to sign for the granite was told we would only receive the correct color mid January! (This installation was taking place just before their Xmas holidays) can you imagine my predicament - with guests arriving for the holidays and no kitchen! There was absolutely no response from Carlo. So I signed.
When Carlo did eventually arrive in Jan (we had other problems with the design of the unit doors) (still not sorted) he admitted it was the wrong color and would try to sort it. Now he says if we don't pay for the new Granite, that's not going to happen! There is an amount outstanding, but will hold back until the correct color Granite is installed and the doors sorted!
