I am so appalled by the service (no service) at OOH-LA-LA in Rosebank!! I most certainly will never shop there again or any OOH-LA-LA for that matter..
A friendly note to all the consumers out there, they don't refund or even exchange an item if its older than 7 days. Irrespective whether its a defective item. Seriously!! with the poor quality and NO SERVICE, how on earth do you even run a business.
As a consumer, when you purchase items you most certainly do not think it will only last for a month, the staff are clueless in what the actual policy is and whats even more concerning, Head office assistance inform me "if the item is not returned in the same condition you may not exchange and no refunds" DEFECTIVE item!!! how on earth do i return an item in the same condition? clearly not aware of the CPA. i wont be leaving it here that's for sure OOH-LA-LA
